Thomas Healy is the Founder and CEO of Hyliion, a provider of innovative generator technology to produce clean, efficient and affordable electricity. A company focused on the global fight against climate change, Hyliion offers solutions that are fuel agnostic and pull forward the efficiency of powerplants, into a product that can be deployed on a localized level. Named one of Forbes’ “30 under 30” and the youngest public company CEO at the time, Healy took Hyliion public in 2020 and has raised over $750 million to date.

As an entrepreneur, Healy has founded two start-ups prior to Hyliion while he was in college and holds over twenty patents. Healy’s passion for racing and motorsports inspired him to pursue dual engineering degrees in mechanical engineering and engineering & public policy from Carnegie Mellon University in 2014. He also started his masters in mechanical engineering at Carnegie Mellon but took a leave of absence to found Hyliion. In 2023, Healy joined the Board of Trustees of Carnegie Mellon University.

Jon worked for the past 26 years at Union Pacific, one of the nation’s largest railroads. His most recent position was Senior Vice President of Intermodal Operations and he also served as Senior Vice President of Technology and Strategic Planning, Vice President and Treasurer, and Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis. As head of the Railroad’s information technology organization, Panzer was responsible for managing application development, technology infrastructure and cyber security.

Prior to joining Union Pacific, Jon served in the United States Navy as a nuclear engineer. Panzer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.

Lantz is a seasoned strategy and functional leader who has spent the last 20 years developing and leading operations and growth strategies for manufacturers in the mobility sector. Prior to joining Hyliion, Lantz served as the Vice President of Strategy for the Transportation Solutions Segment at TE Connectivity, a $15B electronics manufacturer.

Before TE Connectivity, Lantz served as the Chief Strategy Officer and executive leader responsible for advanced and shared engineering and global test labs at Meritor, Inc., a leading manufacturer of axles and brakes to the commercial vehicle industry. Additionally, Lantz spent many years advising Fortune 500 companies on a breadth of growth and operational topics while a strategist with Boston Consulting Group and Booz & Company.

Lantz holds three degrees from the University of Michigan, an MBA from the Ross School of Business, with a focus on corporate strategy and economics, a Masters in Manufacturing Engineering, and a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering.

Oxholm comes to Hyliion with more than two decades of domestic and international experience and a track record of managing complex business transactions, litigation and new market entries for some of the automotive and transportation sectors’ most advanced companies, including LoJack Corporation, Ford Motor Corporation and The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.

Most recently, he served as vice president, deputy general counsel and chief compliance officer for Meritor, Inc., a leading global provider of on and off highway commercial truck and other agricultural and military vehicle parts, systems and solutions. In that role, he supported and directed strategic and tactical corporate legal initiatives for the company’s largest business unit among other responsibilities.

Oxholm holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Throughout his nearly 20 years at GE, he has successfully led the introduction of numerous groundbreaking products and systems into revenue service across numerous regulated power and manufacturing applications. Mook is skilled at navigating the complexities of advanced technology and industry landscapes, driving initiatives that yield real-world performance and push the boundaries of known physics. His journey is deeply rooted in a solid foundation of experience and education. He is a proud graduate of GE’s prestigious Edison Engineering Development Program, which provided him with a comprehensive mastery of cutting-edge technologies and practical engineering. Mook’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

Govindaraj (Govi) Ramasamy is an accomplished leader in the stationary power generation industry and currently the Chief Commercial Officer at Hyliion. In his role, he is responsible for the growth and performance of the Karno Generators Business and is committed to ensuring that the customer needs for 24 X 7 energy with a clean emissions footprint are met globally.

Govi joined Hyliion after a long successful 17 years career at Cummins, a global power generation industry leader. Most recently, Govi led the Global Datacenter Business for Cummins, its fastest growing and largest business segment, and was responsible for delivering a differentiated experience for a demanding customer base across the entire value chain from engineering, sales, project delivery and aftersales support. Prior to the role, Govi has led various business entities across China, Middle East and North America, giving him a unique global perspective on market needs and applications. His professional experience includes sales, business strategy, product marketing, engineering, project development, execution, and supply chain.

Govi holds degrees in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Northwestern University, Chicago.
